WORKSHOPS

Just a few rules we have to live by...

     We are incredibly fortunate to offer workshops by well respected and widely collected local, regional and national artists.  Please visit the home page calendar for specifics on workshop listings. 
Due to the caliber of instructors traveling to Atlanta from the north and west, spaces are reserved on a
first come, first serve basis with a deposit.  Wait list are maintained for those who cancel their reservation.
   Larger workshop groups of more than 10 will be held at an off site location.  The maximum number for any workshop is sixteen (16).  Workshops are filled on a first come, first serve basis.  Demos sometimes may at tim

     We do abide by certain courtesies during a workshop.  They are as follows:
1. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit for workshops at the time of registration
2. Full final payment is due 60 days in advance of the workshop.  Individuals on a wait list are not required to send in payments until notified.
3.  Please arrive on time as workshops begin promptly, as advertised.
4.  Please do not bring personal works for critique unless the instructor has specifically requested.
5.  Cells phones must be placed on vibrate and calls must be taken outside of the workshop environment due to their nature of classroom disturbance.
6.  Please make personal comments and remarks at break times as conversations amongst participants is a distraction.
7.  A minimum number of nine (8) participants is required to hold a workshop, unless the instructor advises otherwise.

DEPOSITS:  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registering for a workshop (not for those who are informed that they are on a wait list).  The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the workshop.
REFUND POLICY:   A 50% refund of full paid tuition will be issued forty five (45) days in advance with written notice.  A 25% refund will be issued thirty days prior to the workshop and no refund will be granted within thirty days of a workshop.
